Excellent Hotel Experience
central location good connections modern machines

adequate stay, some issues noticed
breakfast variety missing amenities
The breakfast lacked variety. It could have been better. no sauna or steam bath were available for relaxation. the hotel advertises itself as 5-star, but the only amenities are reception, a gym, and a small bar. it seemed like some elements were missing for true luxury.

small room terrible room service
The room was a little small. i also really disliked having to walk through the restaurant to get to my room. It smelled like boiled eggs all the time. room service was terrible too. that coffee i got in the lobby was the worst i ever had.

no concierge slow room service
the location was acceptable easy access to main points of interests
the hotel staff did not offer assistance with luggage i found this problematic the absence of a dedicated concierge also impacted my experience furthermore i observed inconsistencies in room service response times it took longer than expected to receive requested items

clean room thoughtful amenities uncomfortable bed boiled eggs
the room was spacious and VERY clean. i found the amenities in the room to be quite thoughtful. i appreciated the little coffee and tea station in the room. the hotel provided two bottles of water, and they replenished them daily.
the bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows. to reach the left side, i HAD to pass through the restaurant. the smell in this area often resembled boiled eggs, not ideal.
